Decision of Establishing Employment and Entrepreneurship Working Group under School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information

Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, stressed: “it is necessary to pay attention to the employment affairs of the graduates in the universities and colleges, plan the related work of graduation, employment and examination and admission so as to ensure them graduate successfully and get the jobs as soon as possible.” In order to deeply implement the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important speech, carry out the spirit of the national official document for graduate employment and entrepreneurship and the specific requirements of Ministry of Education on successful graduation and early employment of the graduates, practically do well in the employment and entrepreneurship work of the graduates in School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information, it hereby establishes Employment and Entrepreneurship Working Group under School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information to make efforts to guarantee the full employment and high quality employment of the graduates.

Members of working group:

Group leader: Qu Xianghua   Ding Huafeng

Deputy group leader: Yu Xiaozhou  Li Bo  Luo Jie  Wen Guojun  Huang Tianye  Hao Guocheng

Member: secretaries of Party Branches of four departments and the directors of four departments; teachers in charge of the undergraduate graduation classes, master’s  supervisors of the graduates, undergraduate and graduate instructors in the graduation classes; office chief; teaching secretary; graduate secretary.

Working secretary: Luo Caiwei

Specific responsibilities of the working group:

1. Implement the working requirements of the school’s leaders on deeply and effectively accelerating the work;

Qu Xianghua and Hao Guocheng take charge of Department of Communication Engineering;  

Ding Huafeng and Libo take charge of Department of Mechanical Engineering;  

Luo Jie and Huang Tianye take charge of Department of Electronic Engineering;

Wen Guojun and Yu Xiaozhou take charge of Department of Industrial Design.

2. Seriously do well in employment and entrepreneurship work of the graduates.  

3. Seriously do well in publicity and interpretation of the employment and entrepreneurship policy.

4. Seriously do well in services for the employment and entrepreneurship work of the graduates.

5. Seriously do well in connection with the practice units and the employers.  

6. Seriously do well in organization of the job fair.

7. Directionally help the students with difficulties in employment to be employed as soon as possible.  

8. Seriously do well in employment tracking work of the graduates and care the development of the alumni.
