Zhong Liang, PhD, associate professor, master supervisor

He is engaged in the theoretical research on image enhancement and pattern recognition, resource collaborative management, and edge computing network task management, etc. In terms of application, he focuses on underwater image enhancement and pattern recognition, ultrasonic image processing, and the development of wearable intelligent monitoring devices, and has achieved many research results and published more than 30 academic papers, including well-known domestic and foreign journals such as IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Transactions on Vehicle Technology, and China Communications. He has been in charge of and completed “Research on Cross layer Interference Management of D2D Network in the Middle and Bottom Layer of Large scale MIMO Cellular System” (Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China), and “Research on Load Balancing of Space based UAV Cluster Edge Computing Network” (General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China). He has also participated in many scientific research projects, such as “Collaborative Control and Optimal Design of Multi-dimensional Cluster Intelligent Network Based on Cloud Architecture” (General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China). He serves as a reviewer for internationally renowned academic journals such as IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Vice Chair of the Program Committee of IEEE BdCloud 2023, Local Management Chair of IEEE EUC 2022, and a TPC member of IEEE INFOCOM AidTSP 2023.
