Lingbin Kong, professor, Ph. D,
1999.9-2004-7: Postgraduate in physical electronics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Ph. D in engineering. 1994.4-present: Teacher in School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information, China University of Geosciences, engaged in the teaching and scientific research of radio electronic technology and infrared imaging technology.

Academic achievements:
He has completed one program supported by the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province and one provincial teaching research program and one school-level teaching research program as the principal investigator, participated in national and provincial scientific research program as the core member, and published more than 40 scientific research papers in important academic journals and international conferences at home and abroad, including 13 papers collected by three major retrieval systems (SCI, EI, ISTP).
