V. Information of Previous Conferences

1. The 1st International Conference on Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation was successfully held at Hefei University of Technology on May 18-21, 2018, and the accepted articles were included in the conference proceedings, published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and indexed by Ei Core and Scopus.

2. The 2nd International Conference on Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation was held at Tianjin University on October 10-12, 2019. The experts at the meeting spoke on the future development of "Electromechanics, Robotics and Automation" and discussed the scientific research trends and development trends in this field with experts and scholars from all over the world. During the meeting, participants visited the laboratory in Tianjin University and visited the campus under the guidance of the staff.

3. Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, the 3rd International Conference on Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation was held online on October 16-18, 2020. The conference was hosted by Shanghai University of Engineering Science. The conference articles were included in the conference proceedings, published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and indexed by Ei Core and Scopus.

5. Due to the global outbreak of COVID-19, the 4th International Conference on Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation was held online on October 20-22, 2021. The conference was hosted by Guangdong Ocean University. The conference articles were included in the conference proceedings, published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, and indexed by Ei Core and Scopus.

VI. Conference Security

1. Prepare body temperature measuring instruments, masks, disinfectants and other anti epidemic items, remind participants to wear masks and maintain air circulation in the venue.

2. Ensure the normal operation of conference multimedia software, equipment and network communication. Regularly check and maintain the equipment, and timely solve the problems found.

3. The conference service team should make a good emergency backup plan for the conference equipment, and once the irreversible failure of the equipment is encountered during the conference, the backup plan will be activated to ensure the continuity of the conference.

4. Prepare and count materials before the conference to prevent errors or missing.

5. The staff should rehearse the conference process repeatedly before the conference and arrive at the venue one hour in advance, turn on the equipment and make all preparations.

6. After the conference, the staff shall sort out and reset the equipment, cut off the power supply, close the doors and windows, and ensure the tidiness and safety of the multimedia operation room.
