1. See the annex for the “Publicity of the Results of Second-round Examination and Proposed Admission List of Doctoral Students of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in 2022”.
2. Publicity duration: May 10 – May 20, 2022.
3. If the candidates give up the admission during the publicity period, please submit (send) written materials to Room 511 of No. 2 Teaching Building before 12:00 am on May 13.
4. If you have any objection during the publicity period, please submit it to the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information before 12:00 am on May 13.
5. Please submit the stamped paper copies of the political examination form (for all candidates) and the certificate of termination of labor relations (for on-the-job candidates only) to the School Office (Room 501 or 511 of No. 2 Teaching Building) within 5 working days. Complete the proposed admission procedures and transfer the personnel file. If the candidate fails to go through the procedures within the time limit, he/she shall bear the consequence of not being admitted. All the proposed admission lists must be submitted to the Ministry of Education for approval before they are officially accepted.
