Notice of Adjusting Leading Group of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information for Fighting Against Novel Coronavirus

According to the epidemic situation of COVID-19 in CUG and CUG’S Work Plan for COVID-19 Emergency Response,  in order to further strengthen and accelerate the epidemic prevention and control in this School, it hereby adjusts the leading group for fighting against novel coronavirus and arranges the work for epidemic prevention and control.

Member: Yu Xiaozhou  Luo Jie   Wen Guojun  Huang Tianye   Hao Guocheng Li Changping  Du Yu  Wang Yihong

The work for the epidemic prevention and control is allocated as follows: Qu Xianghua: coordinate and arrange the work tasks of epidemic prevention and control in an all-round way; Ding Huafeng, Li Bo and Huang Tianye: responsible for the online teaching and revision of  declaration for PH.D. program in the epidemic in an all-round way; Ding Huafeng and Luo Jie: responsible for the application for the scientific research funds in the epidemic in an all-round way; Wen Guojun and Hao Guocheng: responsible for feedback, prevention and control of the teachers’ opinions in an all-round way; Yu Xiaozhou: responsible for prevention, control and psychological counseling of the students in an all-round way; Li Changping, Du Yu and Wang Yihong: responsible for  prevention and control materials support and information processing of teachers and students.
