Comrade Ding Huafeng made a speech, reviewing the years of hard work with all teachers and students during his tenure as dean. He mentioned that in the face of various challenges, the teachers and students of the School worked together and made significant progress in teaching, research and discipline construction. These achievements could not have been achieved without the hard work and support of every teacher and student. He expressed his deep gratitude to the leadership team, colleagues, as well as all teachers and students of the School, and wished the School to prosper in the future development and make more brilliant achievements.
Comrade Ning Fulong, new dean of the School, expressed deep feelings for the School and firm confidence in future work. He said that he was deeply responsible and honored to be able to take up the post of dean of the School and will devote himself to the work of the School with full enthusiasm and a high sense of responsibility. He thanked the school leaders for their trust and support, and also thanked Comrade Ding Huafeng for laying a solid foundation for the development of the School. Comrade Ning Fulong said that he will seriously study and learn from the successful experience of the former leaders, and actively explore the path of innovative development in combination with the actual situation of the School. Finally, Vice President Comrade Wang Wenqi made a concluding speech. At the same time, Comrade Wang Wenqi put forward a few suggestions for the new team. The first is to constantly strengthen study and improve our own quality. He emphasized that in the fast-developing era, leading cadres should keep up with the pace of the times, constantly learn new knowledge and skills, and improve their comprehensive quality and leadership ability. The second is to be practical and innovative, and improve the quality of education. He pointed out that the quality of education is the lifeline of the school’s development, and the new team should be based on the actual situation, be innovative, and actively explore the mode of school running and talent cultivation mode suitable for the development of the School, and constantly improve the level of school running and quality of education. The third is to continuously introduce talents and leverage their advantages. He emphasized that talent is the primary resource for the development of the school, and the new leadership team should attach great importance to talent work, increase efforts in talent introduction, optimize talent structure, and provide solid talent support for the development of the school. The fourth is to continuously enhance our characteristics and create brand highlights. He pointed out that, based on its own advantages and disciplinary characteristics, the School should clarify its development positioning, highlight its schooling characteristics, create influential brand majors and disciplines, and enhance its visibility and reputation. The fifth is to improve our work style and maintain integrity and self-discipline. He emphasized that the leading cadres should set a good example by strictly abiding by the party discipline, the state law and the rules and regulations of the university, to build a good image and create a clean and upright political ecology.
