In order to better complete the undergraduate education and teaching examination and evaluation by experts in the school, on the afternoon of September 29, 2024, all faculty and staff of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information held a mobilization meeting for the undergraduate education and teaching examination and evaluation in Room 301 of No. 2 Teaching Building.
The meeting was chaired by Qu Xianghua, secretary of the Party Committee of the School. Li Bo, deputy dean in charge of undergraduate teaching of the School, firstly made a detailed introduction to the progress of the pre-evaluation work, emphasizing the problems and improvement suggestions raised by the working group of the university in the first two rounds of inspections. He also gave a real-time briefing on the current completion status of each department and the work that still needs to be improved, and gave a detailed explanation to all the teachers of the School on the matters and requirements that need to be emphasized during the period of preparing for the evaluation.
Qu Xianghua, secretary of the Party Committee of the School, re-emphasized the importance of the undergraduate teaching examination and evaluation, and hoped that all teachers of the School would attach great importance to it, standardize the teaching, fully cooperate with it, and actively prepare for the evaluation. He also asked all teachers to find out problems and solve them through this evaluation, so as to realize the evaluation purpose of "promoting construction, reform, management and strength through evaluation”.
Ding Huafeng, dean of the School, asked each department to set up a special team for the evaluation, divide responsibilities, determine the contact person, so that the School will form a joint force to truly and perfectly present the style of undergraduate education and teaching in the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information.
