Our Faculty Design Team Creates Logo for "Jianghan Rice" Brand
In order to promote the construction of a high-quality rice industry chain, comprehensively advance rural revitalization and agricultural strength in the province, the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government proposed to focus on building the provincial public brand of "Jianghan Rice." The goal is to produce more and better "Jianghan Rice," contributing a continuous source of strength from Hubei to the better life of the people across the country.
A brand is not only the core strength of product competition but also the foundation and premise for market development. The birth of the "Jianghan Rice" public brand is due to the attention of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, the Hubei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the full support from the invisible hand of the market. This initiative will also pave a bright path for the vigorous development of the Jianghan rice industry.
As the designer responsible for constructing the public brand and logo of Jianghan Rice, our faculty member, Ms. Chen Xiaoli, led the team to carry out a series of design tasks including exploring brand characteristics, focusing on product features, and refining visual elements. The team conducted in-depth research on the unique geographical and excellent climatic conditions of the Jianghan Plain, tracing the historical origins and cultural context of agricultural civilization on this land. With the exquisite and elongated Jianghan rice as the core element, the team spent six months meticulously refining the form and meaning of the brand logo. On March 13th, at the Hubei High-quality Agricultural Products Exhibition and Sales Center, the public brand of "Jianghan Rice" was officially unveiled to the people nationwide.
The official release of the public brand of "Jianghan Rice" marks a key step in the construction of the matrix of Hubei's high-quality rice, consisting of "provincial public brand + local sub-brand + enterprise brand."
