In order to encourage students to actively participate in the electronic design contest, enrich their college life, improve their learning interest, cultivate their practical ability, stimulate their innovation awareness, and help students who are ready to register to better understand the form of the contest, the Department of Electronic information Engineering of this school recently held a mobilization meeting for the electronic design contest. Department head Zhang Xiangli, secretary Wang Jiahao, Cheng Zhuo from the guidance group, and student representatives attended the meeting. Four award-winning students shared their preparation and competition experience at the meeting.
Zhou Bao, Wang Chenming, Zheng Wenhao and Ji Jiajun, who participated in this sharing, have made outstanding achievements in the electronic design contest and have rich competition experience. In turn, they shared their insights on four aspects: preparation methods, analysis of competition questions, knowledge requirements, and training techniques. They said that the participating students should enhance their knowledge reserve and master the key points of various courses such as C language, digital electronics, analog circuits and data structure; pay attention to the competition information, the hardware regulations and performance requirements needed for the competition; do more basic training, learn to find materials and design relevant circuits on their own, master the essential principles and enhance the underlying architecture; form a team in advance, divide the work and train according to the module, and work together to enhance the collaboration of team members; keep a good mindset, don’t panic when things go wrong, pay attention to the combination of work and rest, and steadily perform to the original level.
The participating teachers made a summary. They pointed out that the Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest could help students broaden their horizons, cultivate innovative thinking, and quickly improve their electronic design level and programming ability. They hope that students will not be afraid of difficulties and dare to try, and actively register to learn more professional knowledge.
