Shanghai Jintai Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd Visits This School for Cooperation and Exchange

On March 11, general manager Li Liwan and deputy chief engineer Xie Tian of Shanghai Jintai Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jintai), visited this school for cooperation and exchange, aiming to further promote the industry-university-research cooperation of the basic engineering equipment industry technology innovation center jointly built by both sides. Qu Xianghua, secretary of the Party Committee of the School, deputy dean Wen Guojun, Wu Laijie, deputy director of the Innovation Center from CUG, and representatives of key teachers participated in the symposium, which was chaired by Professor Wen Guojun.

Prof. Wen Guojun expressed a warm welcome to them for their visit, and briefly introduced the project cooperation in the early stage and the future cooperation direction. General Manager Li Liwan fully affirmed the cooperation results between the two sides in the early stage, and pointed out that the cooperation model of Industrial Technology Innovation Center is very effective. In the future, both sides will continue to strengthen cooperation in talent training, student employment, achievement transformation and project cooperation, to make common progress and achieve win-win results for the university and enterprise.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed the current ongoing scientific research projects, clarified the direction of follow-up cooperation, and will continue to deepen cooperation and exchange to accelerate the development of influential key and forward-looking technologies to help domestic and international infrastructure construction.

Finally, secretary Qu Xianghua expressed his gratitude to Jintai for its long-term strong support to the high-quality development of this school. He pointed out that the school has been working hard to promote the in-depth integration of university and enterprise, to build a university-enterprise innovation community, and to help local economic development. The establishment of Basic Engineering Equipment Industry Technology Innovation Center and the development of industry-university-research cooperation have opened up new ideas for university-enterprise cooperation and laid a solid foundation for the new win-win results.

 After the meeting, the party from Jintai visited Hubei Intelligent Geological Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center, and gave full affirmation to the laboratory construction and scientific research conditions of the school.
