This School is Awarded Two Special Programs Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China

According to the information from the Institute of Science and Technology Development of CUG, this school has been awarded two special programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China for “Lunar and Deep Space Exploration Research”. “Energy Transfer Mechanism of Ultrasonic Anchoring System for Asteroid Landing Probe and Mechanism of Chip Removal in Microgravity Drilling” (Principal investigator: Bai Wei, Department of Mechanical Engineering); “Analogical Study of the Typical Geomorphic and Tectonic Features of Utopian Plain Based on Mars Subsurface Exploration Radar (Principal investigator: Zhou Feng, Department of Communication).

     The Special Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) mainly support the scientific research based on China’s lunar and deep space exploration missions, and a total of four applications from this university have been approved.
