Successful Holding of the 2022 Annual Report Meeting of Middle-Level Executives of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information

At 2:30 p.m. on February 23, 2023, the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information held the 2022 Annual Report Meeting of Middle-Level Executives in Conference Hall 301 of No. 2 Teaching Building, which was attended by all faculty members, representatives of retired veteran teachers and student representatives, and chaired by Comrade Qu Xianghua, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dean Ding Huafeng, on behalf of the leadership team of the school, made a report on work and integrity. He reviewed in detail the work of the school in 2022 from the aspects of first-class discipline construction, talent team construction, talent training, scientific research, party building and ideological and political education, reported on the implementation of the Party conduct and clean government building responsibility system of the leadership team of the school, and elaborated the main work ideas in 2023. The report also pointed out that in the past year, the branch secretaries and heads of all departments focused on the central task and served the overall interests, fulfilled their duties and did business, and successfully completed all objectives and tasks.

Subsequently, Comrade Ding Huafeng, Dean of the School, Comrade Qu Xianghua, Secretary of the Party Committee, Comrade Yu Xiaozhou, Deputy Party Secretary of the Party Committee, Comrade Li Bo, Luo Jie, Wen Guojun and Huang Tianye, deputy deans of the School, reported on work and integrity one by one. They reported on the work of the School in 2022, personal fulfillment of duties, compliance with discipline and integrity, etc., and truthfully reported their own problems, and put forward the implementation plan for the future development and rectification of the school with high standards and strict requirements.

At the meeting, the whole staff listened on the spot, comprehensively assessed and evaluated the duty performance, learning and promotion and integrity in practice for middle-level executives, and filled in the democratic evaluation for reporters online.

2023 is the first year to fully implement the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress, and is also the key year for all teachers and students to take firm steps and make persistent efforts to fully implement the “Fourteenth Five-Year Plan” and vigorously promote the construction of the university during the “Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”. In the new year, the whole school should continue to maintain the sober and progressive attitude of taking examinations, overcome difficulties and advance courageously, and continue to create new achievements for high-quality development of the school around virtues and morality cultivation and the construction of “first-class universities and disciplines of the world”.
