On the morning of February 17, Vice President Liu Jie came to this school to listen to the leadership’s work ideas and difficulties in 2023, and arranged the work for the year 2023.
The leadership team of the school reported one by one on the party affairs, student affairs, development work, scientific research work and laboratory construction, and expressed their ideas and plans for the parts of the work that need breakthroughs and urgent solutions. It was decided that the work in 2023 will focus on two key points, namely, the application of doctoral programs and the construction of provincial key laboratories, so as to guarantee the further improvement of discipline construction and student development quality.
Vice President Liu Jie finally made three instructions. The first is to improve the planning. For each decision that needs to be carried out, we should do a good top-level design from the beginning, and develop appropriate work standards and rules. The second is to strengthen the process management. For the work carried out according to the plan, standardize the management, make a list, implement it step by step, and make periodic summaries timely, to ensure the final completion of the plan. The third is to stimulate work enthusiasm. mobilize all teaching and administrative staff of the school to work in accordance with the work norms, so that “everyone can pass and everyone can contribute” and can reap the value from work.
