School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information Holds the Integrity Education Conference for 2022 Graduate Party Members

   On the afternoon of June 20, the Integrity Education Conference for the 2022 Graduate Party Members of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information was held in Room 301 of No.2 Teaching Building. Qu Xianghua, secretary of the Party Committee of the School, attended the conference, all the graduate party members attended the conference, and Liu Biao, student party building counselor of the School, presided over the conference.

    Tan Songyuan, a graduate party member, led all party members to recite the oath of party membership.

   Qu Xianghua gave a party lecture to the graduate party members with the theme of "Cultivating integrity and making dreams come true". In the lecture, starting from the negative cases of suspected serious violations of law in recent years and organization investigation, Qu Xianghua pointed out that the meaning of integrity is to be clean and pure, and the integrity awareness of college students should be reflected in honesty, diligence, thrift, determination, integrity and law-abiding, as well as the establishment of a correct world view. He pointed out that as a college student Party member, we should be consistent in words and deeds, be the same outside and inside, abide by the code of integrity and self-discipline, adhere to the high moral line, and strictly observe the bottom line of discipline. Qu Xianghua hoped that in the future study and work, all graduate Party members should be aware of the general situation, take into account the overall situation, resolutely break with dishonest acts, fight against illegal acts, keep in mind that "always cultivate human morality, always think about the harm of greed, and always be self disciplined", truly face the environment soberly, treat power correctly, conduct honest scientific research, and keep the bottom line of life.

   The graduate Party member Chi Tianyu read out the integrity proposal on behalf of all graduate Party members, calling on everyone to study the “Opinions on Strengthening the Culture of Integrity in the New Era”, always remember the identity of Party members, strengthen moral cultivation, and build a firm ideological defense. In the future work and life, we should stick to our original intentions, promote integrity, and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members. Gathering is a fire, scattering is a sky full of stars, no matter where we are, we should always keep our initial ambition and continue to forge ahead.

   Zhao Haonan, the representative of outstanding graduate party members, spoke on behalf of all graduate party members. He expressed his gratitude to the Party organization and his teachers for their training, in the context of his glorious journey of pursuing political progress in the “trilogy of life”. He said that during his four years in the University, he constantly cultivated his internal skills by participating in training and learning and various volunteer services. In the future work and life, we will consciously accept social supervision and training, strengthen our confidence in progress, bear in mind the party's teachings, aspire to national rejuvenation, live up to our youth, the times and the people, run on the track of youth, and strive to achieve the best results of contemporary youth.

   Qu Xianghua, on behalf of the Party Committee of the School, presented a commemorative gift pack to the representatives of the 2022 graduate Party members. With the theme of "Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and firmly following the Party", the gift pack consists of five gifts, including theme learning materials, a special greeting card for graduate Party members, and a letter to the 2022 graduate Party members. The gift pack carries the expectations of the Party Committee of the School for the graduate Party members, hoping that they will continue to strengthen their theoretical armament from the glorious history of the Party and move forward to the future in a scientific way of thinking.

   Finally, Liu Biao gave a detailed explanation on the notes related to the transfer of party organization relations.
