Conference on Honest and Clean Government Education for 2021 Graduate Party Members of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information

On the morning of June 18, the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information held a conference on honest and clean government education for 2021 graduate Party members in Room 301, No. 2 Teaching Building. Qu Xianghua, Secretary of the School Party committee, and 130 graduate Party members attended the conference. Liu Biao, counselor of student Party building, presided over the conference.

Led by Chen Xi, a graduate Party member, all Party members reviewed the Party oath.

Qu Xianghua taught a party lesson for graduate Party members with the theme of “Honesty and self-cultivation for dream achievement”. Starting with the negative case of being investigated by the organization due to suspected serious violations of discipline and law, he pointed out that the meaning of honesty was clean and honest, and the college students’ sense of honesty should be embodied in honesty, diligence and thrift, determination, integrity and law-abiding, and establishing a correct world outlook. College student Party members should be consistent in words and deeds, act and think in one and the same way, abide by the code of integrity and self-discipline, adhere to the moral high line, strictly hold the bottom line of discipline, and work selflessly for the public interest. He hoped that in the future study and work, all graduate Party members should understand the general situation, take into account the overall situation, resolutely break away from incorruptible behaviors, fight against illegal behaviors, fundamentally form a firm incorruptible thought, improve their ability to take charge of the overall situation, keep in mind “always cultivating the virtue of being a person, always thinking about the harm of greed, and always being self-disciplined”, so that we could face the environment soberly, treat power correctly, conduct scientific research with integrity, and keep the bottom line of life

Zhao Bingchen, a graduate Party member, read out the clean proposal on behalf of all graduate Party members, calling on everyone to remember the identity of Party member, strengthen moral cultivation and build a strong ideological line. In the future work and life, we should stick to our original intention, carry forward the healthy spirit, and play the exemplary role of Party members. No matter where we would be in the future, we should always maintain our original intention and continue to forge ahead.

Zhang Yiyi, the representative of outstanding graduate Party members, spoke on behalf of all graduate Party members. She expressed her gratitude for the training of Party organizations and the University in combination with her growing up as a qualified Communist Party member. She said: “During the four-year study in the University, through participating in the training carried out by the University and various volunteer services, we have constantly strengthened our own construction. In the future work and life, we will accept the supervision and training of the society, confirm our confidence in progress, set great aspirations, show great virtue, become talents and shoulder great responsibilities, and strive to become a new generation worthy of the important task of national rejuvenation, and let youth bloom in the unremitting struggle for the motherland, the nation, the people and human being.

Qu Xianghua, on behalf of the Party committee of the School, presented a souvenir gift to the 2021 graduate Party members. With the theme of “Studying Party history, strengthening faith and following the Party”, the gift package consisted of five gifts, including the textbook of Party history, the exclusive greeting card for graduate Party members and a letter to the 2021 graduate Party members.

Finally, Liu Biao made a detailed explanation on the matters needing attention in the transfer of Party organization relations.
