In order to vigorously carry forward the great spirit of combating COVID-19 pandemic, deeply understand the root causes of the major strategic achievements in COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control in China, look back on the hard won achievements, and stimulate the sense of responsibility and mission of the staff and students of our School start their own businesses, on November 12, the Party branch of our School and the student party branches visited the special exhibition on combating COVID-19 pandemic themed “People First, Life Foremost” in Wuhan Salon.
The exhibition focuses on the great course of winning the people's war, general war and blocking war in COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control, achieving decisive results of Wuhan defense war and Hubei defense war in about three months, winning major strategic achievements in the nationwide fight against COVID-19 pandemic, making remarkable achievements in comprehensively restoring production and living order by the whole nation under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.
At about 9:00 a.m., the teachers and students of our School entered the exhibition hall. Focusing on the theme of carrying forward the great spirit of combating COVID-19 pandemic with "life first, the whole nation united, risking their lives, respecting for science, sharing common destiny " as the connotation, and taking the whole combating process in Hubei Province and Wuhan City as the main line, the exhibition is composed of six theme exhibition areas, totally 21 units. The exhibition fully interprets the Chinese spirit, China speed and China power in the fight against epidemic, and vividly demonstrates the value pursuit of people first and life foremost.
Rich physical display, detailed documents and photos, vivid video exhibition, and novel exhibition methods attracted the attention of teachers and students. During the visit, everyone was moved by the scene and burst into tears. We all said that we should keep in mind the great practice of the fight against the epidemic, carry forward the great spirit, never forget the original intention and remember the mission, and turn it into a powerful force to promote the development of our School.

The current victory is hard won and should be cherished. The outbreak of the second wave of epidemic abroad and the sporadic cases in China have constantly reminded us that we should not be taken lightly. The risk of virus return is still very high. Therefore, we must earnestly implement the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, obey the command and arrangement without any discount, wear masks, wash hands frequently, not gather, not believe in or spread rumors, be responsible for ourselves and others, firmly believe in winning, do a good job in scientific protection, make plans for our own study and life, and strengthen physical exercise.
