Refreshed by the cool breeze of autumn at the foot of Nanwang Mountain, the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information are welcoming the new students of grade 2020 to join our family today.

In order to create a warm atmosphere for new students and achieve the insightful educational objectives, the orientation leading group planned ahead of time and made preparations for the orientation around the family feelings, campus culture and professional characteristics. The national flag and school flag placed on the bookcase of the freshmen’s dormitory, the gift bag for freshmen, the welcoming wall with the theme of “dream setting sail here” beside the lotus pool, the slogan with the theme of welcoming new students in the hall on No. 2 teaching building, and a letter from the school leaders to the new students of grade 2020 reflect the care and expectation of all teachers and students for the new students of grade 2020.

At 8:30 a.m., the first group of new students arrived at orientation point. Under the guidance of volunteers, the freshmen quickly completed the registration process. To their delight, they received the gift carefully prepared by the school.
