At 3:00 p.m. on June 19, the experimental center held the announcement meeting for the renewal of administrative team through Tencent Meeting. Wen Guojun, deputy dean in charge of the laboratory, and all the teachers of the center attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Lu Guiying, branch secretary of the center.
Lu Guiying first introduced the purpose of the meeting, the renewal was to let the teachers get out of the busy administrative affairs and spend more energy and time for teaching and scientific research; then read out the documents of the human resources department: Zhao Quan was the director of the center and Tu Bo was the deputy director of the center (in charge of metalworking practice), and Zhang Weimin and Zeng Ming were removed from the positions of director and deputy director of respectively.
On behalf of the previous leadership, Mr. Zeng Ming summarized the achievements in the past two years and existing problems, and wished the experimental center better and better. On behalf of the new leadership, Zhao Quan thanked the previous leadership for their contributions in environmental improvement and other aspects; thanked the School for its trust in himself and Mr. Tu Bo and hoped that the teachers of the center would actively cooperate and participate; and said that the new leadership would be confident to do the work of the center well.
Finally, deputy dean Wen Guojun made a summary speech on behalf of the Party committee and execctives of the School. First of all, he thanked the previous leadership for their hard work and contribution. Since 2018, they have made many new attempts and improvements won many honors for the School. Secondly, he explained that the renewal was because that the practical teaching was becoming more and more important, and the preparation for the establishment of industrial training center was urgent, in order to ensure the operation of the center as level-three unit, full-time personnel were required to devote themselves to the work of the center. Then, he put forward the requirements and hopes for the new leadership team: requiring them to provide laboratory guarantee and service for students’ practical teaching and teachers’ scientific research activities, improve the daily management of the center through the establishment of perfect system, and actively cooperate with the Party branch of the center, to comprehensively improve the environment of the center and the benefits of the staff. At last, he wished that, under the leadership of the new team, the experimental center of the School would be better and better make greater contributions to the teaching and research of the School.
