Successful Convention of 2nd Conference of Faculty Conference & 3rd General Meeting of Labor Union of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information

(Reported by Gao Di, Labor Union of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information) In the afternoon of Dec. 27, 2019, 2^nd conference of Faculty Conference & 3^rd General Meeting of Labor Union of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information was ceremoniously convened in Hall 301 of 2^nd Teaching Building. Yu Rongping, Vice Chairman of Labor Union of CUG and the faculty members of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information attended the conference, which was presided by Comrade Yu Xiaozhou, the Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information.    

Yu Rongping, Vice Chairman of Labor Union of CUG firstly read out Reply to Approval of Convention of  2^nd conference of Faculty Conference & 3^rd General Meeting of Labor Union of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information and hoped the faculty members of this school would base themselves upon their duties, deeply excavate the potential, bring into full play the Spirit of Ownership, accelerate the construction of democracy and make efforts to make contributions to the development of CUG.

Comrade Ding Huafeng, the Dean of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information, made the report on the work of this School in 2019, which summed up the achievements and the problems in Party construction, talents and faculty team construction, scientific research and disciplinary construction, talents cultivation, labs construction and student affairs, proposed the key emphasis in work of this School in 2019 and called on the faculty members to work hard together and make a new achievement in the coming year.  

Comrade Hao Guocheng, the Chairman of Labor  Union of this School made the report on the work of the labor union in 2019, which reported the achievements made by Labor Union of this School in 2019, prospected the work of Labor Union in the next year and publicly explained the income and expenses of Labor Union of this School in this year. Comrade Li Changping, the Director of Office of the School, made an report on the financial work of this School in 2019 and introduced in detail the income and expenses of the outlay in this year.    

Comrade Qu Xianghu, the Secretary of Party Committee of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information made arrangements for the yearend assignment and set his hope in the work of the School in the next year.  

Finally, after voting and approval by  all attendants,  Comrade Li Changping was supplemented as the member of 3^rd Labor Union Committee of this School. 2^nd conference of Faculty Conference & 3^rd General Meeting of Labor Union of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information came to an end in a satisfactory way.
