Yesterday, we created China's height. For ten years in a row, CSCEC Science and Industry has been the top of the steel structure industry in China. Of the top 10 completed skyscrapers in the world, CSCEC Science and Industry has constructed 4; of the 26 steel structure super high-rise buildings over 400 meters in China, CSCEC Science and Industry has constructed 23. It has created the “earliest”, “highest”, “largest” and “fastest” records in the history of steel structure construction in China. The Shenzhen Development Center Building constructed is the first ultra-high steel structure building in China; Shanghai World Financial Center was then the highest all-steel structure in the world; the main building of new CCTV complex is the world’s largest steel structure office building and the largest single steel structure in China; when constructing Shenzhen Diwang Building and Guangzhou International Financial Center (West Tower), the company has set new world records in building high-rise buildings by completing “one floor in two and half days” and “one floor in two days”. 

Today, we focus on transformation and upgrading. In engineering business, with the mission of “making city life better”, the company, focusing on people’s livelihood, has developed steel structure fabricated building system for "difficult to go to school", "difficult to see a doctor" and "difficult to get housing", and has created EPC fabricated projects with steel structure as the main body, which are widely used in schools, hospitals, residential buildings, hotels, office buildings and industrial parks. The Zhanjiang Public Rental Housing Project constructed by the company is one of the two pilot projects of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development for the construction of steel structure fabricated houses. In innovation business, it adheres to scientific and technological innovation, and has received eight National Science and Technology Progress Awards, one National Technology Invention Award, 17 Zhan Tianyou Awards, and 1633 national-level patents in China.
