Dongshi Motor Technology Group Company Limited (formerly Dongfeng Industrial Co., Ltd.), founded in 1969, is a large group company engaged in the manufacturing and sales of auto parts, with 31 subsidiaries, including 14 wholly-owned and controlled companies, 6 joint ventures and 11 equity participation companies. With the annual sales revenue of over RMB 10 billion, total assets of nearly RMB 10 billion and 6,000 employees, the Company has been awarded the titles of "China's Top 100 Auto Parts Enterprises" and "Leading Enterprise in Economic Construction in Hubei Province".
After years of development, the Company has successively built several production bases in Shiyan, Wuhan, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Suzhou and Yancheng, and formed many product modules and series such as body frame components and cover assembly, automotive suspension system, frame assembly and accessories, seat assembly, pedal assembly, air storage system assembly, bumper assembly, engine after-treatment system, new energy batteries (including lithium iron phosphate, ternary, hydrogen fuel), motors, motor controllers, etc. It has two types of characteristic parts products, i.e. non-metal and casting and forging machine processing integration. II. Recruiting Majors
1. Materials (30 persons): material forming and control engineering, welding technology and engineering, metal material engineering, material science and engineering.
2. Machinery (35 persons): mechanical design, manufacturing and its automation, vehicle engineering
3. Others (6 persons): electronic science and technology, electrical engineering and automation, electronic information engineering, mechanics, industrial engineering, supply chain management.
III. Recruiting Requirements
1. Fresh graduates in 2023 from second-class full-time universities and colleges or above recognized by the Ministry of Education
2. Be able to obtain graduation certificate and degree certificate on time
3. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, CET-4 and above
4. Proficient in using office software, computer level II or above preferred
5. Good overall quality, good health, able to perform work duties normally, and no bad records such as violations of discipline and laws

VI. Compensation and benefits
1. Salary structure: Basic salary + performance salary + year-end bonus + project award + living allowance + government talent allowance; (Comprehensive salary: salary of RMB 65,000-104,000 for the first year + talent allowance of RMB 12,000-50,000/year (Shiyan) + one-time relocation fee of RMB 4,500-12,000)
2. Rest and vacation: national statutory holidays, 8-15 days of Spring Festival holiday, 8-15 days of high temperature leave, paid annual leave.
