Tarry Electronics was founded in 2003, and successively established Dongguan Tarry, Suzhou Tarry, Qinhuangdao Tarry, Kobarry Automation, and Viet Nam Tarry, with more than 3000 employees. The company has achieved more than 80 invention and utility model patents since 2014, and was rated as a national high-tech enterprise. The company was successfully listed on April 19, 2021 (stock code 300976). Tarry Electronics is mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of functional and structural devices for consumer electronics, as well as the R&D, production, sales and leasing of related 3C intelligent assembly automation equipment; dedicated to be a first-class solution provider of functional devices, smart hardware and wearable structural parts, intelligent assembly, materials, new energy and semiconductors.

Today, Tarry Electronics has established long-term and stable relationships with many internationally renowned consumer electronics terminal brands, such as HUAWEI, SAMSUNG, Apple, JABRA, BOSE, SONY, Meta, and Amazon; the customer base covers many countries and regions around the world.

II. Recruitment positions and requirements

(I) Recruitment positions: marketing/product/operation reserve personnel (106 persons recruited); Work location: Dongguan/Suzhou.

Positions (marketing): Trainee business assistant, trainee assistant sales engineer;

Positions (product): Trainee assistant product development engineer, trainee assistant IE engineer, trainee assistant tooling engineer, trainee assistant project engineer, trainee assistant mechanism engineer, trainee assistant electrical engineer, trainee assistant software engineer;

Positions (operation): Trainee accounting assistant, trainee process assistant, trainee project assistant, trainee IT assistant, trainee recruitment assistant, trainee compensation and performance assistant, trainee administrative assistant, trainee public works assistant, trainee quality assistant engineer, trainee PC assistant.

 

(II) Qualifications for the post

Domestic fresh graduates graduating from June 2022 to December 2023, with full-time bachelors degree or above.

(III) Major requirements

Operation position: Accounting, mathematics, Chinese language and literature, Chinese, law, computer, software-related, English, human resources, statistics, applied mathematics, mechatronics, mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, electrical engineering, die design, industrial engineering, etc.

Product position: Mechatronics, mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, electrical engineering, intelligent manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, marketing, die design, computer, software, etc.

Marketing position: Statistics, applied mathematics, marketing, Japanese, Korean, English, automation, etc.

(IV) Quality requirements

1.   Bachelor's degree or above in relevant fields for each position.

2.   Outgoing personality, good teamwork spirit and work initiative.

3.   Proficient in office software.

III. Compensation and Benefits

1. Salary: RMB 12-19w/year

2. Talent policy: new employees recruited from campus can enjoy Dongguan social security subsidies if they meet corresponding requirements. 

3. Six insurances and one fund: employer liability insurance, endowment insurance, medical insurance, maternity insurance, work-related injury insurance, unemployment insurance and housing fund.
