II. Compensation Package

1. We provide competitive salary returns in the industry and region. During the probation period, you will have a comprehensive income of about RMB 100,000 Yuan, with an annual growth rate of about 10%, and the salary growth rate will be more significant with the promotion of the position.

2. Salary composition:

Fixed part: post salary, rank salary, allowances (regional allowance, rental allowance, computer allowance, traffic allowance, telephone expense allowance, project construction allowance, post coordination treatment, hardship allowance, annual merit allowance, professional and technical allowance, special allowance, etc.), five insurances and two funds (the contribution proportion of public accumulation fund is 12%).

Floating part: project bonus, special award (marketing award, performance award, efficiency award, cost saving award, quality safety award, science and technology progress award, etc.).

3. The minimum bonus system is implemented for new employees during the probation period to ensure their basic income.

III. Career Development

Through the whole-career training program for campus-recruited employees - "Youth Program", we adopt on-boarding training, mentorship, job rotation, professional training, enterprise university, network education, career guidance, and succession plan to help employees grow up quickly and become successful, and the typical project youth growth path can be divided into three stages.

  Integration (1st year):

Through 1-5-6 training mode, i.e. 1 month of down-shift exercise, 5 months of rotational exercise and 6 months of fixed-term training, we help new employees quickly acquire comprehensive knowledge and lay a solid foundation for development.

  Skills upgrading (2-3 years)

After the probation period, the rank and position will be determined, such as construction worker, technician, budgeter, etc. After job training and skill improvement, they can be promoted to the project department manager.

  Professional talents (4-5 years):

After more than half a year of training as the project department manager, you will have the basic qualification to participate in the competition for the reserve deputy position of the project leadership. The company will hold public competition twice a year, through which you can become a reserve deputy of the project leadership. For the employees who become the reserve deputy of the project leadership, the company will carry out targeted training to help them grow into the deputy of the project leadership as soon as possible, such as project chief engineer, production manager and other positions. With more than half a year of experience in the deputy of the project leadership, you can participate in the project manager competition for a project manager, so it is not a dream to become the team deputy within 3 years and project manager within 5 years! Of course you can also identify the professional sequence, and take the road of professional development!

l  Education background: Full-time undergraduate, master and doctoral students graduating in 2023, as well as unemployed graduates in 2022

Engineering category: Civil engineering, architectural engineering, structural engineering, road and bridge engineering, municipal engineering, traffic engineering, urban rail engineering, railway engineering, urban underground space engineering, geotechnical engineering, geological engineering, mining engineering, engineering mechanics, engineering cost, engineering management, safety engineering, surveying and mapping engineering, material science and engineering, inorganic nonmetal, architecture, etc.

Electromechanical category: Electrical engineering and its automation, water supply and drainage, HVAC, mechanical engineering, machinery manufacturing and its automation, building electrical and intelligent, building environment and equipment engineering, energy and power engineering, environmental engineering, etc.

Functional category: Chinese, administration, party building, Chinese language and literature, journalism, politics, administrative management, human resources management, labor and social security, accounting, financial management, auditing, economics, finance, marketing, computer science and technology, law, etc.

 

(IV) Work location:

Three branches in central Anhui, northern Anhui and southern Anhui, realizing the market layout with Anhui Province as the center and radiating Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Hubei. The specific working areas are as follows:

Central Anhui Branch: Hefei, Chuzhou, Wuhu, Huainan, etc;

Northern Anhui Branch: Fuyang, Hefei, Bozhou, Bengbu, Huaibei, Lu'an, Xuzhou, Wuhan, etc;

Southern Anhui Branch: Anqing, Hangzhou, etc;
