Sinopec Maoming Branch and Sinopec Maoming Petrochemical Company are collectively referred to as Maoming Petrochemical. Founded in May 1955, Maoming Petrochemical is one of the 156 key projects during the First Five-Year Plan period of New China. Starting with exploiting oil shale and processing "artificial oil", it is the first 10-million-ton oil refinery, the first million-ton ethylene plant, the most complete fuel-lubricant-chemical refinery in China, and the second refining and chemical enterprise with annual profit of over RMB 10 billion. At present, the crude oil processing capacity has reached 20 million tons/year, and the ethylene production capacity has reached 1.1 million tons/year. It also has more complete supporting systems such as thermal power, ports, railway transportation, crude oil and product oil transmission pipelines, and 300,000 ton single point mooring offshore crude oil unloading system. As of June 2022, the original value of existing fixed assets has exceeded RMB 51 billion, and there are 6957 registered employees. In the past four years, the company's benefit has risen against the trend, and achieved a good result of “one year's profit ranks first in the whole system and three years’ profit exceeds RMB 10 billion", ranking first among enterprises of the same scale of Sinopec.
According to the development pattern of "one base, two wings and three new" of Sinopec Group, Maoming Petrochemical plans to have a crude oil processing capacity of 23 million tons/year and ethylene production capacity of 2 million tons/year in the future. It will focus on developing clean energy and synthetic materials, and build Maoming Petrochemical into a "clean, chemical and lubricant" refinery and a "high-end, differentiated and refined" chemical plant.
I. Basic Requirements
(1) Fresh graduates from national general higher education institutions of the general admissions and scores in 2023 (excluding orientation and entrusted training);
(2) Overseas students who are employed for the first time after returning to China and have the qualifications to be dispatched by Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of the Ministry of Education (the graduation period is from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023);
(3) Compliance with the law, integrity, solidarity and cooperation, no bad behavior record, love the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
(4) Healthy, able to adapt to the job needs; age no more than 35 (born after January 1, 1988).

III. Benefits
1.
