II. Personnel Training

Rich learning resources: diversified course system, resource library of professional lecturers in various fields, practical and independently developed courseware pool, and online and offline combination to meet the learning needs from personal interests to professional skills and knowledge.

Complete training system: From pre-service training – off-job intensive training - tutorial system - early confirmation system, the three-level (company level - department level - post level) tracking training runs through the whole process, and special training plans are formulated at each stage to help new students complete the trilogy of identity transformation - integration into enterprises and departments - rapid growth, so as to achieve rapid matching of personnel and posts and explore their personal potential.

Multi-channel development: There are six development channels to provide various choices for individual career planning, including management development channel, technical management development channel, technical development channel, marketing development channel, professional development channel and field technology development channel.
