II. Recruiting Positions
(I) Electrical engineer
Job requirements:
1. Experience in non-standard industry design, familiar with various control methods, electrical control common devices, able to independently complete the design selection;
2. Proficiency in selection and programming of commonly used PLCs (e.g. Delta, Siemens, etc.) and the ability to quickly use various types of PLC applications;
3. Proficiency in the selection and commissioning of commonly used servo controllers;
4. Proficiency in at least one application of the four main families of robots, including demonstrative programming, remote control, etc;
5. Familiar with the selection and control of various types of industrial sensors (including IO, analog and communications);
6. The one skilled in the application of C# or C++ as secondary development of upper computer based on open source library functions, control of robots, PLC, all kinds of industrial control equipment is preferred (the above requirements can be lowered);
7. Experience in visual development is preferred.
Job responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete preliminary technical implementation plans, quotations, etc. according to project requirements;
2. Complete the design, selection, programming, commissioning and delivery of non-standard equipment in accordance with contractual requirements;
3. Customer training and post-sales technical support;
4. Other work as assigned by the department.
(II) Software Engineer/Upper Computer Engineer
Job requirements:
1. Computer or automation control related majors;
2. Experience in system integration development of automation equipment and Winform development;
3. Proficiency in C# or C++ language programming, and VS platform;
4. Experience in PLC development, robotics development, motion control card development, etc.;
5. Familiarity with TCP/UDP/serial programming and Modbus protocol;
6. Proficiency in application development integrating open protocols and library classes for third-party devices;
7. Experience in visual software development is preferred
Job responsibilities:
1. Software development for the upper computer of laser cleaning non-standard automation equipment;
2. Integrated development of motion mechanism controllers (PLC, control cards, robots), secondary development and integration of vision software, laser sensors, marking cards;
3. Development of data interaction functions for customer MES systems;
4. Communication and docking of customer functions and requirements for non-standard projects;
5. Project pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
(III) Mechanical Engineer
Job requirements:
1. Major in mechanical structure design, automation and mechatronics;
2. Proficient in SOLIDWORKS or Pro/E 2D and 3D design software;
3. Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and pressure-resistant ability;
4. Experience in laser equipment, electromechanical equipment, tooling and fixture design is preferred.
5. Strictly keep the company's business secrets. It is strictly prohibited to spread the drawings, technical standards and material specifications required by the products of the company.
Job responsibilities:
1. Improvement and promotion of the mechanical design specification, including design standards, drawing specifications, selection standards and process standards, leading the development and design of mechanical non-standard products;
2. Overall mechanical design and solution verification, review of module design solutions to ensure product reliability, and the evaluation and implementation processability, cost and human-machine environment;
3. Timely handling of design, assembly and commissioning issues that arise in the process of product development to ensure project progress;
4. Provide relevant technical guidance and training to mechanical designers.
(IV) Visual Software Engineer
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in computer, image processing, electronic engineering, automation or other related fields;
2. Proficiency in vision hardware selection and a deep understanding of mainstream cameras, lenses and light sources;
3. Ability to use C#, for secondary development of simple vision systems based on halcon, experience in coding, OCR recognition, QR code reading and template matching for halcon (or other software such as OpenCV);
4. Familiarity with at least one industrial communication application such as RS232, TCP, PROFINET, Modbus, socket, etc.;
5. Good communication and coordination and active learning and thinking skills, able to seek resources to solve related technical problems independently.
Job responsibilities:
1. The construction of visual platform, including the selection and use of industrial cameras, lenses and light sources;
2. Complete the selection, integration and software secondary development for visual software according to the requirements of laser products;
3. Participate in the design, development and debugging of the first set of new products, be responsible for the development and debugging of the visual part, propose effective solutions, cooperate with electrical, mechanical and technological joint debugging to complete the development of new products;
4. Other technical work in visual software development as necessary.
(V) Assembly Electrician
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in electrical and electronics, with electrician license;
2. Proficient in electrician technology and competent in electric cabinet preparation;
3. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and to maintain industrial equipment;
4. Be able to accept business trips to serve customers, and have good communication skills;
5. Team spirit.
Job responsibilities:
1. Implement the safety practices of the post and be responsible for the safety production of the post.
2. Be able to complete wiring according to circuit diagrams and equipment assembly work, and understand basic PLC knowledge.
3. Responsible for the corresponding machining and self-inspection of the work-piece according to the drawing requirements.
4. Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment used and for the maintenance of tools and gauges.
5. Master the operation, technology and defects of the equipment, and make various statements and records on time and accurately.
6. Maintain the environmental hygiene of the work site and be responsible for the reworking of unqualified products.
