II. Recruitment Policy
(I) Settlement
The company implements the settlement policy of Shanghai, and employees who meet the settlement requirements can apply for Shanghai residence.
(II) Salary level
Undergraduates have a one-year apprenticeship and earn more than RMB 100,000 Yuan in the first year; masters have a 6-month appraisal period and earn RMB 120,000-150,000 Yuan in the first year. In recent years, the average income of the company's in-service employees has increased at a rate of more than 13.5%.
Early internship: living expenses for internship are paid according to RMB 3,000Yuan/month.
(III) Settlement fee
"Double first-class" Universities: RMB 5000 Yuan/year for postgraduates and RMB 4000 Yuan/year for undergraduates; Ordinary colleges and universities: RMB 4000 Yuan/year for postgraduates and RMB 3000 Yuan/year for undergraduates. The labor contract shall be signed for 5 years and the resettlement fee shall be paid for 5 years.
(IV) Subsidy for graduates from key colleges and universities
Within 3 years since joining the work, full-time undergraduates and postgraduates from "double first-class" or the original 985, 211 universities will be given the allowance of RMB 1500 Yuan/month and RMB 2000 Yuan/month respectively.
(V) Accommodation
Free accommodation will be provided.
(VI) Social security and other insurances
The company covers social insurance in Shanghai, and the types and proportions are as follows:
(1) Pension insurance (16% by enterprises and 8% by individuals);
(2) Medical insurance (9.5% by enterprises and 2% by individuals);
(3) Unemployment insurance (0.5% by enterprise and 0.5% by individuals);
(4) Industrial injury insurance (0.832% by enterprise) and maternity insurance (1% by enterprise);
(5) Housing accumulation fund (12% by enterprise and 12% by individuals);
(6) The enterprise annuity is voluntary, and the monthly enterprise contribution is 7% of the employee's average monthly salary in the previous year, and the individual contribution is 2% of the employee's average monthly salary in the previous year, and the contribution ratio will be adjusted annually according to the operation of the enterprise.

III. Career Development Channel
The company has created three career promotion channels including technology, administration and the party and the masses, and each promotion sequence can be cross-trained and employed. IV. Talent Training
(1) On-boarding training. Every year, the company organizes various forms of on-boarding training, including interactive teaching, outdoor quality development training and bonfire party, to guide the students to understand and familiarize with the corporate culture and complete the role transformation as soon as possible.
(2) On-the-job training. After the new graduates are assigned to their jobs, a "double mentor-apprentice" mechanism will be implemented. One skills mentor is responsible for work guidance of trainees, and one career mentor is responsible for graduates' ideological guidance and career planning.
