II. Majors Required and Requirements

1. Majors required

(1) Investment operation: majors related to real estate development and management, landscape architecture, and property management.

(2) Planning & design/industrial research: majors related to land resources management, human geography and urban and rural planning, and economics.

(3) Construction management: majors related to water supply and drainage science and engineering, environmental engineering, urban underground space engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering, building electrical and intelligent, safety engineering, electrical engineering and its automation, mechanical design and its automation, inorganic non-metals and materials, materials forming and control engineering, engineering management, and safety engineering.

2. Recruitment requirements

Graduates with bachelor degree or above in 2022 have excellent academic performance, abide by the law, are physically and mentally healthy, and have good learning, communication and teamwork skills.

Graduates from "double first-class" universities, postgraduates, Communist Party members, outstanding student cadres and scholarship winners are preferred.
