IV. [Salary and Welfare]

Ø Basic salary: it is determined according to the qualification and ability as well as the job grade in the company

Ø Year-end bonus: calculated based on the company's business performance and personal performance. When the bonus is paid for less than one year, the bonus will be paid according to the time of entry. Note: the calculation date of company bonus is from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 every year, and the bonus will be calculated proportionally if it is less than one year after the entry.
