I. About Us

We are China Railway Engineering Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CREG), an important member of the industrial sector of China Railway Group Limited (“CREC” for short), one of the world's top 500 enterprises. In the past ten years since its establishment, in the process of realizing the transformation from "catching up" to "leading", we have developed into a comprehensive enterprise group with the organic linkage of three industries of tunnel boring machine, special equipment for tunnel mechanization and underground space development, and the diversified development led by the comprehensive service of underground engineering equipment. We have 7 wholly-owned subsidiaries (branches) and 10 joint ventures all over the country.

We have 18 production bases in China, with an annual production capacity of more than 280 shield units (sets) and a total of more than 1,000 shield units; our products are distributed in more than 40 provinces and cities in China, and our domestic market share has remained the first for nine consecutive years, and we have exported to 26 countries and regions such as France, Italy, Denmark, Austria, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Lebanon, Israel, Vietnam, etc. Our production and sales volume has ranked first in the world for four consecutive years.

Initial intention and mission

On May 10, 2014, General Secretary Xi visited CREG and made the important instruction of "transforming from Made in China to Created in China, from China Speed to China Quality, and from China Product to China Brand", thus the "China Brand Day" was born. We have carried out the collaborative innovation of "Government-Industry-University-Research-Application" in depth, established a national enterprise technology center and a national Post-Doctoral Research Center, and successively won the honors of "Henan Provincial Governor Quality Award", "China Quality Award Nomination Award", " Commendation Award of China Grand Awards for Industry", "Service-oriented Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise", "National Technology Innovation Demonstration Enterprise", "National Manufacturing Individual Champion Demonstration Enterprise" and "Science Reform Demonstration Action Enterprise", etc., and became the first batch of enterprises with special production qualification for tunnel boring machines in China. II. Positions

1.  Recruitment positions and majors required

(1) Design and R&D: mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, civil engineering, computer technology, software development and other related majors.

(2) Production technology: mechanical, electrical, engineering management, logistics management, cost management, safety and other related majors.

(3) Marketing: mechanical, electrical, marketing and other related majors.

(4) Financial management: accounting, auditing and other related majors.

(5) Comprehensive management: human resource management, enterprise management, law, Chinese (Chinese language and literature, journalism, Marxist philosophy, etc.), language (English, German, Italian, Japanese, etc.) and other related majors.

2. Recruiting objects and requirements

(1) Bachelor or master, with the right major; doctoral students, with the right research direction, one person for one meeting.

(2) Excellent grades without failing courses, solid professional foundation and good comprehensive quality;

(3) Physically healthy, honest and trustworthy, with good conduct and no bad record.

(4) Excellent results in CET-4 and CET-6 are preferred;

(5) Strong teamwork skills, willing to accept challenges and work under pressure, and obey work arrangements.

2. Competitive salary and welfare system

Salary and welfare: highly competitive salary level in the industry, which is based on the position and paid according to performance, and composed of post salary, performance salary, various subsidies and rewards. The annual income after probation is about RMB 120,000 -140,000Yuan;

Six insurance and two funds: "five insurance and one fund", and supplementary medical insurance and supplementary pension insurance (enterprise annuity).

1.  Schedule of campus presentation

The presentation shall be in September to December and will be determined according to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements. The university and time for campus presentation will be released through the official website of the company, the official WeChat account and the employment information network of universities.

2.  Resume submission (electronic materials shall be sent to the recruitment mailbox for both of the following modes)

(1) Onsite submission
