CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co. Ltd. founded on 12th November 1945 as the first port construction force, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Communications Construction Co. Ltd, which has been reputed “Cradle of Port Construction”.

CCCC-FHEC has 23 subsidiaries, 33 branches and divisions, education and training centers, and financial sharing centers, mainly located in Tianjin, Qingdao, Dalian, Qinhuangdao, Nanchang, Nanjing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanning, Haikou, and Hong Kong. Up to now, the company has about 11,000 permanent employees, total assets of RMB 80.5 billion, 153 engineering vessels of various types, and 7559 sets of construction machinery.

Over the years, the company has taken up the responsibility of a central enterprise and, with the advantages of first-class technology, equipment and talents, has contracted a series of national key projects such as the Tianjin Port Series Project, Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway, Yulin-Zhanjiang Expressway, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, as well as a number of representative overseas projects, creating many "firsts" and "bests" in the history of waterworks and bridge construction in China and even in Asia and the world. The company has won 64 National Quality Engineering Awards and 23 Luban Awards, especially Zhan Tianyou Award for 15 consecutive sessions (a total of 28 awards); 9 China Municipal Engineering Golden Cup Awards; 233 provincial and ministerial quality engineering awards; 203 national, provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards; 1,393 national patents and 1 national patent gold award, with 39 technological achievements reaching the international leading level and 92 achievements reaching the international advanced level. Two projects were selected in the list of "Classic Projects to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China"; eight projects were rated as "100 Classic Projects in 60 Years after the Founding of the People's Republic of China", eight projects were rated as "100 Classic and Excellent Projects in 35 Years of Reform and Opening-up", and nine achievements were awarded the National Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement Award. The honors highlight the solid management foundation and strong comprehensive strength of the company.

III. Requirements

1. 2022 graduates, full-time undergraduate degree or above, with corresponding degrees and excellent professional achievements;

2. CET-4 (425 points) or above for undergraduates, CET-6 or above for postgraduates, or the corresponding level if the first foreign language is another language.

3. Physically and mentally healthy, able to work hard and have a strong sense of teamwork and communication and coordination skills.
