II. Positions

This campus recruitment is mainly oriented to fresh graduates in 2022 (graduating between January and December, 2022) with bachelor, master or doctoral degree, majoring in communication, computer, artificial intelligence, electronics, software engineering, automation, electromechanical, mathematics, physics, microelectronics and solid-state electronics, integrated circuit design, education, finance and economics, etc.

At the same time, H3C “NEXT (New Excellent Trainees) Training Program” will continue this year. This program will provide a broader development platform for high-quality fresh graduates through enterprise resource priority, multi-dimensional training, one-to-one tutor guidance, multi-post rotation training, rapid promotion channel and competitive special salary policies. III. Campus recruitment process

1. Process: resume delivery - personality & culture assessment – written test (technology-related) – interview -offer - signing contract

2. Schedule:

Launch of online application: officially opened on August 30
Online assessment: Automatic email notification after the resume is delivered (2 rounds of assessment for NEXT management trainees).
Written test: September (multiple times)
Interview: From the beginning of September to the end of October
Offer distribution: Mid and late September to November
Signing: October - December
Entry: 2022

Note: the delivery channel for online application of H3C will be open from August 30 to November 30. The written test and interview will be conducted from September to October. Please submit your resume as soon as possible to avoid missing the written test and interview arrangement.
