Fresh graduates with bachelor degree or above in general higher education of the National Education Series in 2022 (including the postgraduates enrolled in the national unified entrance examination for postgraduates, excluding distance education and other forms of education, and the academic qualification and degree must be obtained before August 31, 2022. If the graduates have two or more higher education degrees, the graduation information used at the time of registration shall prevail).

Graduates with bachelor degree or above in general higher education of the National Education Series who have graduated in 2021 and have not yet been employed (including the postgraduates enrolled in the national unified entrance examination for postgraduates, excluding distance education and other forms of education, and the academic qualification and degree must be obtained before August 31, 2022. If the graduates have two or more higher education degrees, the graduation information used at the time of registration shall prevail).

Overseas students, who graduate from overseas colleges and universities from January 2021 to August 2022 for initial employment and can obtain the academic qualification (degree) certified by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange at the time of registration, can also apply for the recruitment positions.
