II. Recruitment plan and number

In accordance with the strategic cooperation plan with China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and the remaining recruitment quota in 2021, Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. is looking for the following related majors for the fresh graduates of China University of Geosciences (Wuhan).

III. Salary and benefits

(1) Salary

PhD: After the completion of probation, RMB 16,000/month or above for management, engineering and technology positions, with an annual salary of more than RMB 180,000, subject to the interview.

Master: After the completion of probation, RMB 9,500/month for management, engineering and technology positions, with an annual salary of more than RMB 120,000-130,000.

Bachelor: After the completion of probation, RMB 7,500-8,000 per month for management, engineering and technology positions, with an annual salary of more than RMB 90,000-100,000.

(II) Benefits

1. Pay pension, medical insurance, unemployment, work-related injury and other social insurances, housing accumulation fund and enterprise annuity for all kinds of talents introduced according to law.

2. The doctoral students recruited and introduced are provided with an two-room two-hall apartment for free, the postgraduate students are provided with two-room two-hall apartments for free (one for two persons), and the undergraduate students are provided with an apartment for two for free.

3. Strictly implement the statutory work and rest system, and enjoy all holidays stipulated by the state, such as statutory holidays, weekends, paid annual leave, family visit leave, marriage and funeral leave, maternity leave, etc. Free physical examination shall be provided every two years.

4. Provide one-time living reserve for the employed, including RMB 10,000 for PhD, RMB 8,000 for master and RMB 5,000 for bachelor.

5. For the PhD, the employment of their spouses and the children’s attendance to school shall be solved.

6. Write off the on-the-job traffic expenses: the traffic expenses incurred in the process of reporting to the enterprise are reimbursed for the registered graduates.
