It’s the wholly-owned subsidiary of Taikai Group Co., Ltd. and has been rewarded as National High-tech Enterprise, which is a large professional enterprise engaged in transformer, box type substation and switch cabinet design and manufacturing. The company was registered with 300 million Yuan RMB, with total assets of 1 billion Yuan RMB and the contract amount of 2 billion Yuan RMB, ranking first in the field of new energy. The company now has more than 1,100 employees in which 140 are R&D personnel. The company has increased investment on high and advanced technologies development year by year and till now has obtained more than 200 items of national independent intellectual property patents, and more than 20 items are increased every year. 1. Salary: six months of probation, base salary of RMB 3,500 - 6,100 Yuan/month, subject to the applied position, college qualification, major and personal ability.

2. Enterprise dividend: enjoying the high average dividend of 20% of the profit in the current year according to the actual attendance, calculated from the probation period.

3. Performance: after becoming a full member, the performance of technical and management personnel shall be calculated according to the post, business indicators and personal performance; the sales engineer shall enter the sales salary mechanism to take a percentage.

4. Government subsidy for talents: according to the educational level, RMB 400-5000 Yuan (Bachelor-PhD) will be paid every month for three consecutive years.

5. Comprehensive income of the first year: RMB 60,000-80,000 Yuan for bachelor, and RMB 84,000-110,000 Yuan for master (the lowest comprehensive income varies with the qualification and individual ability of colleges and universities).
