2. Manufacturing: mechanical, industrial engineering, quality management, mechanical and electrical, automation

3. Internet IT: computer, network engineering, software, automation, mathematics

4. Finance: finance, accounting, banking, audit, economics, taxes

5. Marketing and services: marketing, international trade, e-commerce, English, small languages

6. Comprehensive management: human resources management, business administration, public administration, Chinese

7. Business procurement: logistics engineering, machinery, electrical, electromechanical, etc.

III. Salary and welfare

Salary structure: basic salary + year-end bonus + other bonus

basic salary

Software algorithm —— bachelor: 10k-15k, master: 16k-23k

Basic research and development ——bachelor: 8k-13k, master: 12k-17k

Business management —— bachelor: 8k-12k, master: 10k-14k

Year-end bonus: 1-4 months for business positions; 2-6 months for R&D positions (based on performance rating)

Other bonus: profit sharing, incremental gross profit award, equity incentive for 2-6 months (based on performance rating), project award
