Silicon Integrated Co., Ltd is a high-tech startup company focus on high-performance mixed-signal IC design. It was founded in January 2016 in Wuhan and it has R&D centers in Europe, Shenzhen and Shanghai.

       The founders of the company have extensive industrial experiences from world leading semiconductor companies.        Silicon Integrated has two main product lines: 3D image sensors and smart audio amplifiers. The smart audio amplifier wins over the business by excellent product differentiation, with high quality performance and competitive price. The business value is fully recognized by the tier-one smartphone manufacturers in China. The 3D image sensor product features Time-of-Flight (ToF) function, by using the state-of-art back-side illuminated (BSI) and Near infrared (NIR) enhancement technology, which enables high precision, small pixel, high resolution and low power features in one fully integrated chip. This 3D image sensor can be widely applied in artificial intelligence, facial recognition, self-driving cars, 3D modelling, fast movement capture, and machine vision. The ToF sensor and 3D imaging system are expected to create a very promising market prospect being widely used in mobile, surveillance and automotive industries.

Junior Analog IC Design Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in chip design, circuit simulation and optimization, etc.
2. Assist layout engineer in layout design and optimization
3. Participate in Tape-out, verification and debugging
4. Assist in developing test plans and confirming the correctness of test results according to IC product specifications and test requirements.
5. Analyze technical documents of circuit design, test data, etc.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above,  Electricity related majors.
2. Understand Analog IC design method
3. Familiar with basic circuits such as OPAMP. Bandgap. OSC is preferred.
4. Excellent learning capability, highly responsible, proactive.

Analog IC Design Engineer (Power)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participation in project establishment and modules specification.
2. Responsible for Analog IC modules development including design, simulation and verification.
3. Cooperation with team members in IP development and pre-study of new modules.
4. Guidance of Layout design engineers  to complete layout.
5. Assistance of the test and product team in module testing, debugging, failure analysis and qualification for mass production.

Job Requirements:
1. Master degree and above in Microelectronics or Electronic Engineering.
2. Excellent graduates having more than 2 years of relevant experience in IC design.
3. Fundamental understanding of semiconductors and technological IC-processes, familiar with
CMOS/BCD process.  
4. Familiar with IC design procedure, Linux/Unix system, Cadence developing environment;
Good operation skills in various test instruments (oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum
analyzer, etc.)
5. Having experience in product design and Tape-out for functions like DC-DC converters, LDO, LED Driver and Audio Power Amplifier is an advantage.
6. Enthusiastic and accurate team player with good communication and documentation skills.

Analog IC Design Engineer (mix-signals)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in chip design project establishment and modules specificaiton.
2. Undertake the responsibility of developing Analog IC modules independently, including design, simulation and verification.
3. Cooperate with team members in IP accumulation and pre-research of new modules.
4. Coordinate with Layout design engineer to complete relevant modules layout.
5. Assit test and product team in modules test, debugging, failure analysis and mass production.

Job Requirements:
1. key master and above, Microelectronics and Electronic Engineering majors.
2.  Excellent recent graduates, having more than 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.
3.  Deeper understanding of semiconductors and technological processes, familiar with CMOS/BCD process with deep understanding.
4. Familiar with IC design procedure, Linux/Unix system, Cadence developing enviroment; Good operation skills in various test instruments (oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
5. Having experience in product design and Tape-out such as ADC/DAC, PLL, Bandgap and LDO is preferred.
6. Work earnestly, carefully, good at communication and cooperation.

Senior Analog IC Design Engineer (Power)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participation in chip design project establishment, architecture design and modules specification.
2. Responsible for Analog IC design, definition, architecture and development of  IC modules  including design, simulation & verification, and maintaining circuit design documents.
3. Assisting test and product teams in full chip test development .
4. Supervise back-end engineers to complete layout design and assist test engineers to develop their test plans.
5. Responsible for mass production quality of the product.
6. Skilled as a project lead providing technical guidance and support to team members while maintaining the project schedule.

Job Requirements:
1. Master degree and above, skilled in Electronics, Communication, Computer, Semiconductor physics or Microelectronics.
2. More than 5 years’ experience in Analog IC design.
3. Proficient in modules designs like OPA, BGR, LDO, DC-DC, CLASS-D, etc. Familiar with the IC-technology process and IC developing procedure.  
4. Having working experience in mass production design of power management IC and
audio amplify IC.
5. Experience in team management is preferred.
6. Good communication skills, team work oriented.
