An Employment Policy Interpretation and Employability Enhancement Conference for Graduates in 2024

Recently, this School held the employment policy interpretation and employability enhancement conference for graduates in 2024. Counselors Liu Biao and Luo Caiwei attended the conference and gave special interpretation reports. Both undergraduate and postgraduate students who will graduate in 2024 attended the conference, and Dai Shuning, a graduate moral education assistant, presided over the conference.

At the meeting, Liu Biao analyzed the current employment situation from the perspective of employment information channels, interpreted relevant matters related to student employment management, and guided graduates to deeply think about “how to graduate and complete their studies well” through specific cases. He also emphasized that graduates should take this conference as an opportunity to clearly grasp employment trends, make career plans, seize key time points, continuously improve their employability, and strengthen their confidence in employment.

Luo Caiwei pointed out the guiding role of resumes in the job hunting process from the perspective of improving employability based on her rich experience in career guidance. Luo Caiwei focused on the principles, techniques, and precautions of resume production, while listing excellent resumes. She emphasized that graduates should find the gap against excellent resumes, highlight their own strengths in continuous polishing and production, and effectively improve their basic employment skills.

It is understood that on the eve of this conference, the graduating grade learned about students’ employment difficulties and demands through online questionnaires and other forms, providing a basis for determining the theme of this conference and enhancing the accuracy of guidance on graduate employment work. In the future, the School will continue to conduct research on the employment of graduates and provide timely services to the graduates in 2024, so as to ensure their “smooth graduation and employment”.
