[News] A Meeting on Future Development Analysis of Students in Grade 2020 & Spring Grade Meeting in 2023 Held by This School

    On May 25, this School held a conference on the future development analysis of the students in Grade 2020 and a spring grade meeting in 2023. Luo Caiwei, an employment specialist and career planner in this School, and Zhang Song, Yang Tianqi and Xin Yi, the representatives of former graduates, were invited to attend the meeting, and all undergraduates in Grade 2020 attended the meeting and Counsellor Liu Biao presided over the meeting.

 

    During the meeting, Luo Caiwei gave a special report entitled Employment Situation and Policy. She gave an in-depth analysis of the industrial development trend, career changes and the situation of postgraduate entrance examination based on the current employment situation and employment policy, and guided the students to think deeply about "what is the suitable graduation destination for themselves". Luo Caiwei highlighted the employment information channels inside and outside the university and the basics knowledge of employment, and emphasized that students should grasp the key time node, continuously improve their employability and firmly establish their employment confidence.

 

    After that, three representatives of former graduates shared their experience and put forward their opinions and suggestions on issues such as postgraduate entrance examination and employment, avoiding internal consumption in postgraduate entrance examination, and improving employment quality and skills.

 

 

 

    Liu Biao pointed out in his concluding speech that the students in this grade should take this analysis meeting as an opportunity to digest and absorb the spirits in a targeted way in combination with their actual situation, which would be transformed into a powerful kinetic energy for good career planning. It was hoped that the students could correctly handle the relationship between further education and employment, the relationship between employment expectation and employment value, the relationship between current performance and future development, avoid being overly ambitious and blindly following the trend, hedge the uncertainty of future changes with the certainty of their own quality improvement, and grasp the historical initiative in personal success and development.
