The First Regular Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in June
At 10:00am on June 2, the first regular meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in June was held in the Conference Room 308 of No. 2 Teaching Building. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the School, presided over the meeting, and 5 full-time counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.
I. Participants reported the work progress and exchanged views
Du Yu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Graduate Student Association and innovation and entrepreneurship instructor, and graduate student counselor, reported on the work of visiting graduate dormitories and laboratories, implementing the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and security and stability work, organizing the study of the spirit of the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the conference celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China, jointly conducting the theme League day with Intelligent Technology Co., LTD. of Chinese Construction Third Engineering Bureau, formulating the education action program on the theme of "Welcoming the 20th National Congress, and Following the Party to a New Journey", convening the Youth League Committee meeting of the School, starting the change of the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School and the presidium of the graduate student association, continuing the preparation of the Challenge Cup and Internet+ teams, completing the task of promoting the excellence to join the Party and the development of league members in this semester, continuously improving the implementation rate of graduation destination of graduate students, and organizing and carrying out the series of activities in the graduation season.
Luo Caiwei, the mental health education and employment instructor and counselor of Grade 2018, reported on the talk with unemployed students, the implementation of the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and security and stability work, the special meeting of graduating class teachers on employment work, the employment progress and promotion measures for graduates in 2022, the continuous improvement of the implementation rate of graduation orientation of undergraduate students, the organization of a series of activities in the graduation season, the formulation of the employment work plan for graduates in 2023, and the first event of the series of enterprise visiting activities of “Boosting Youth Dreams and Practicing Craftsman’s Sprit” for student of the School.
Mamat · Aierken, the student scholarships and grants instructor and the counselor of Grade 2019, reported on the work of visiting students dormitories and heart-to-heart talks, implementing the requirements on epidemic prevention and control and security and stability, promoting the examination and approval of talent program by department and school, conducting a new round of identification of students with family economic difficulties, holding the all-star basketball game for Grade 2019, holding the 2019 grade assembly and the employment mobilization meeting for 2023 graduates, and holding the class teachers meeting for the grade.
Liu Biao, the Party building instructor and counselor of Grade 2020, reported on the visits to the dormitories and heart-to-heart talks, implementing the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and security and stability work, holding the party lecture competition for the secretaries of student party branches, holding the education meeting on the transfer of organizational relations of graduate party members, holding the regular meeting of class teachers and secretaries of student party branches, completing the registration of the 25th development target training course, sorting out the excerpts of the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping's ten years of "footprints" in colleges and universities, and formulating the action plan for the vanguard role of party members.
Ding Yufeng, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, the instructor of the student union and counselor of Grade 2021, reported on the work of visiting dormitories and heart-to-heart talks, implementing the requirements for epidemic prevention and control and security and stability work, holding the regular meeting for class teachers of Grade 2021, compiling the monthly class report, preparing for the charity sale of outstanding works in the mask design competition, guiding the Keeping Dream Teaching-Assistance Organization to carry out recruitment and training, conducting the evaluation of the school-level evaluation of information survey competition and the training for university-level competition, making preparation for the fifth student congress and carrying out the renewal of the presidium of the Student Union, and holding the JIDIAN Cup basketball game.
II. The participants exchanged and discussed the special affairs

3. Liu Biao, the student Party building instructor, introduced the recent arrangement of student Party building work.
III. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the School, listened to the reports and arranged the work for the near term
1. Counselors should continue to go into students' classrooms and dormitories to carry out heart-to-heart talks, timely and accurately grasp their ideological trends and help solve various confusions in study and life.
2. Continue to carry out strict education and management during normal epidemic prevention and control to ensure the dynamic accuracy of all data.
3. Encourage graduation classes to carry out rich and colorful collective activities to enrich the cultural atmosphere of the graduation season of the School.
4. Continue to emphasize the discipline of course examinations, carry out integrity education for students of all grades, and resolutely eliminate the phenomenon of cheating in examinations.
5. Incorporate career planning education into the new students' entrance education system and continuously promote the students to visit and study in enterprises.
IV. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the School, put forward specific requirements and guidance for counselors on continuing to study the management requirements and rules and regulations of the University, strictly abiding by the work norms, focusing on strengthening work explanation and publicity, and doing a good job in the education service management with equal emphasis on scale and temperature.
