Summer Work Arrangement Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information
At 11:00am on July 6, the summer work arrangement meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information was held in the Conference Room 502 of No. 2 Teaching Building. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the School, presided over the meeting, and 4 full-time counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.
I. Yu Xiaozhou, Deputy Secretary of the School, conveyed the spirit of the summer work arrangement meeting of the University and made arrangements for the summer work of the student affairs leading group.
1. Adjust the follow-up work division of the student affairs leading group.
2. Strictly check the application for returning to school. In principle, it is not allowed to return to school in advance during the summer vacation. For students who have to return to school for essential matters, they should ensure that mobility is reduced during the buffer period and that they take the nucleic acid testing twice on three days.
3. All grades should track and master the whereabouts of students leaving school to ensure that the whereabouts of all students are consistent with the previous statistical information.
4. Do a good job on summer duty in accordance with the overall arrangements of the School. During the duty period, the relevant personnel should strictly comply with the duty requirements, and be on duty throughout the whole time and can be contacted at any time.
5. Continue to do a good job in the education, guidance and assistance of the unemployed students in 2022, and plan in advance to vigorously promote the employment of graduates in 2023.
6. Carry out the assessment and evaluation of class teachers for the Academic Year 2021-2022 in accordance with the management measures for undergraduate class teachers of the School.
7. All members of the student affairs leading group should make full uses of the holiday to carry out personnel research and continue to promote the preparation of the counselor workbook.
II. Yu Xiaozhou, Deputy Secretary of the School, conveyed the spirit of military training scheduling meeting of Undergraduate School and made arrangements for the 2022 freshmen orientation and military training of the School.
1. Do well in training duty and training publicity.
2. Finalize the freshmen orientation and education programs of the School as soon as possible, and cooperate with the academic affairs office to do a good job in the class allocation of the 2022 freshmen.
3. Do a good job in the selection and employment of part-time counselors and undergraduate class teachers, assistant class teachers and on-duty Party members for Grade 2022.
III. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the School, put forward specific requirements and guidance for counselors to further strengthen their awareness of work publicity, strengthen the coordination of work under their charge, and carry out education and service management in strict accordance with the rules and regulations of the University and School.
