Notice of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information on the Selection and Engagement of Part-Time Counselors for the 2022-2023 Academic Year

According to the work needs, the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information is now recruiting a number of part-time counselors for non-graduating graduate students in the whole University. The specific notice is as follows.

I. Object and Position Setting

Part-time counselors will be selected and engaged from the master's degree students of Grade 2021 and 2022 and non-graduating doctoral students to assist full-time counselors in the undergraduate ideological and political education and daily affairs management.

II. Qualifications

1. CPC members (including probationary Party members), with firm political position and good conduct, and resolutely implementing the basic line and all policies of the Party;

2. Love student work, with dedication, service awareness and strong sense of responsibility.

3. Have some student work experience, good communication and expression skills, organizational leadership and teamwork skills. Preference will be given to those with relevant expertise in writing, photography and videography, poster design, new media platform operation, etc.

4. Have spare time, and the consent and support of the supervisor. In principle, the duration of work in the post should not be less than 1 year after engagement.

5. Part-time counselors are the reserve strength of our full-time counselor team. Those who are interested in student work and meet the basic conditions for full-time counselor recruitment in the future will be given priority under the same circumstances.

III. Job Requirements and Remuneration

1. Assist full-time counselors in the ideological and political education and daily affairs management for students in the corresponding grade, and work independently on special tasks according to work needs.

2. Participate in the training, management, assessment and evaluation of part-time counselors organized by Undergraduate School and this School. Those who have completed their term of office and passed the assessment will be issued with letters of appointment, and those who are outstanding in the annual assessment will be commended and rewarded according to the relevant regulations of the University;

3. In principle, the shift time shall not be less than 4 half days per week.

4. After engagement, the work allowance will be paid in accordance with relevant regulations of the University.
