The 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Youth League of China
On the afternoon of May 5, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China, the Youth League Committee of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information and the General Youth League Branch of the Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd of Chinese Construction Third Engineering Bureau jointly carried out the joint theme league group day activity of to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China. Guo Danting, Secretary of the General Youth League Branch and Deputy Director of the Office of Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd of Chinese Construction Third Engineering Bureau, Leng Xiankai, R&D Engineer of R&D Center, Zong Ruohui, Business Manager of the Office, Du Yu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information, Ding Yufeng, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee and all members of 07J215 Youth League Branch participated in the activity.
At the beginning of the League meeting, all stood up and sang the League song together, and recited the oath of joining the league. The passionate song was exciting and the generous oath urged people to forge ahead.
By watching “Ten Years – Xi Jinping with College Students”, the participants jointly sorted out the earnest instructions given by General Secretary Xi Jinping to young people his previous important speeches. By watching “Common Youth”, a propaganda film for celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Youth League of China, the participants jointly reviewed the struggle process of Chinese youth over the past century.
Leng Xiankai introduced the picture of smart community that the company is currently building, shared the intelligent technology used in the future smart community, and proposed the concept of smart community of "connecting everything with wisdom to expand the space of happiness", which helped the students intuitively understand the great value contained in the professional courses they are studying, and encouraged them to learn their professional knowledge and grow up to be a great technological talent.
Zhou Qing, the leader of the "Xia Xin Xu Meng" Love Practice Group, told the story of the group with the title of "Building a Dream Classroom with Heart, and help the Rural Revitalization with youth". In the past ten years since its establishment, the organization has organized more than 300 volunteers to carry out education support activities in small villages in Lvliang, Shanxi, with a total of 52,000 hours of volunteer service. After listening to Zhou Qing’s sharing, Guo Danting said that education support activities were a hymn of youth dedicated to youth. Through education support activities, aspiring young people will not forget their original intention, forge ahead and strive to be the "pioneers" of the times. The company will donate RMB 5,000 Yuan to the "Xia Xin Xu Meng" love practice group to help the youth dream and work together towards the future.
There was also the activity of "Guessing the youth's party history and Youth League history according to the gestures". Through relaxed and lively games, the youth were guided to remember their original hearts, remember the history of the Party and the League, and absorb wisdom and strength to continue moving forward.
At the end of the activity, Guo Danting, the Secretary of the General Youth League Branch of the Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd of Chinese Construction Third Engineering Bureau, concluded that building a smart city was a promising emerging field, and hoped that this sharing would inspire students to base themselves on the network era, help rural revitalization, clarify their development direction, and stimulate the power of youth.
