The Second Regular Meeting of Monitors and League Branch Secretaries of School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in This Semester
At noon on April 21, the second regular meeting of class monitors and League branch secretaries of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information was held in Room 301 of No. 2 Teaching Building. All the teachers of the Student Affairs Leading Group, the heads of all the departments of the Youth League Committee and Student Union and the class monitors and League branch secretaries of each grade attended the meeting on time. Yan Yingying, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, presided over the meeting.
Qin Hanbing, a member of the Youth Lectureship, shared her research experience as an outstanding student representative. She started from how to balance study and research, and gave advices from the four methods of diagnosis. She pointed out that on the basis of learning, everyone should actively learn about scientific research projects and take the initiative to try various scientific research competitions to enrich and perfect their skills.
The heads of student organizations and student union departments under the Youth League Committee introduced the recent work arrangements.
Mamat, a teaching of the student affairs leading group, pointed out that we should strictly implement the regular epidemic control measures and adhere to the principle of “not going out unless necessary”, and should effectively strengthen the construction of examination style and discipline, to create a fair and just examination atmosphere. After the May 4th appraisal, all branches should actively promote the talent project and pay attention to the key audit points.
