The First Regular Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in March
At 3:00pm on Mar. 15, the first regular meeting of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in March was held in the Conference Room 502 of No. 2 Teaching building. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the School, presided over the meeting, and 5 full-time counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.
I. Participants reported the work progress and exchanged views
Du Yu, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Graduate Student Association and innovation and entrepreneurship instructor, and graduate student counselor, reported on the visit to dormitories and laboratories, the guidance of epidemic prevention and control and the approval of going out, the promotion of the annual plan of student work in the School, the construction of creative sub-base, the development of social practice programs on the road to manufacturing power, the preparation of the employment and entrepreneurship sharing salon for graduate students, the development of education and practice activities on the theme of "Welcome the 20th National Congress, Always Follow the Party, and Advance to a New Journey" by student organizations, the reporting of basic league affairs data, the registration of clubs in the new semester, the work of "Internet+" and "Challenge Cup”, and the development of individual theoretical research.
Luo Caiwei, the mental health education and employment instructor and counselor of Grade 2018, reported on the visits to the dormitories of graduates, the epidemic prevention and control and security and stability work, the off-campus internship students' records, the statistics on the results of graduate entrance examination in 2022, one-to-one students employment Q&A, the regular meeting of class teachers, the 2022 Graduate Committee meeting, the regular meeting of monitors, the regular meeting of psychological association, and the arrangement of class meeting on the theme of "Growth and Development" in the new semester.
Mamat · Aierken, the student scholarships and grants instructor and the counselor of Grade 2019, reported on the summary and reporting of information related to epidemic prevention and control, the implementation of "Five Ones", the registration of military recruitment, the implementation of comprehensive assessment of undergraduate students, the monitor meeting of Grade 2019, the heart-to-heart talk to students with academic difficulties, and the visits to dormitories and classrooms.
Liu Biao, the Party building instructor and counselor of Grade 2020, reported on the situation of visiting students' dormitories and listening to lectures in classrooms, students’ epidemic prevention and control, the preparation for the review meeting of student party branch secretaries, the work of development target training courses, the regular meetings of student party branch secretaries, the drafting of the monthly evaluation program for student party branches of the School, the voluntary activities of campus environment cleaning on Lei Feng Memorial Day, and the learning of the spirit of the national two sessions.
Ding Yufeng, the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee, the instructor of the student union and counselor of Grade 2021, reported on the implementation of the "Five Ones", the epidemic prevention and control work of the grade, the research on the ideological situation of students in the School, the regular meeting of class teachers, the regular meeting of class monitors and secretaries and the regular grade work meeting, the activities of Girls' Day, the activities of the grade, the preparation for mask design competition, and the comprehensive work of the grade.
II. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee, listened to the reports and arranged the work for the near term
1. Communicate the spirit of the special meeting on of university on epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement the normal epidemic prevention and control requirements, carry out special operations, do a good job in approving students to go out, and strengthen educational guidance and humanistic care for student groups.
2. Carry out the activities of selecting and displaying outstanding works on ideological and political education of the university as required, and mobilize class teachers and professional teachers to sign up.
3. Optimize the content of the employment briefings of the School and provide a comprehensive overview of the employment promotion initiatives and their effects of the School.
III. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee, put forward specific requirements on the efficient acquisition, content transformation and publicity timeliness of work information for our counselors.
