The First Regular Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in February
On the morning of Feb. 23, the first regular meeting of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in February was held in the Conference Room 502 of No. 2 Teaching building. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the School, presided over the meeting, and all counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.
I. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, emphasized the regular work in the new semester
1. Strictly implement the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control work of the University, and continuously do a series of work such as reminding, organizing, information statistics, education and management of epidemic prevention and control in this School on a regular basis to ensure the health and safety of all undergraduate, master and doctoral students.
2. Continue to do a good job in the construction of academic style, strengthen the supervision and management of examination style and discipline, all counselors should do a good job in daily education and supervision of examinations, and resolutely eliminate the phenomenon of cheating in examinations.
3. Do a good job in college students' anti-fraud reminder education, and constantly improve their awareness of prevention and screening ability.
4. Do a good job in safety education and mental health education for our students, and improve the mental health education and crisis handling system and mechanism of our School.
5. Work with classroom teachers to do classroom inspections and dormitory visits to help students develop good study and living habits.
6. Continue to carry out heart-to-heart talk among students, help them solve problems and overcome difficulties, and guide students to actively arrange school study and life.
II. Yu Xiaozhou, deputy secretary of the Party committee, arranged the work in the near term
1. Do a good job of research and analysis on the ideological status of students returning to school in the spring semester as required, so as to achieve full coverage of undergraduate and graduate students in different grades and different majors.
2. Complete the annual highlights of student work in 2022.
3. Carry out the information investigation of students taking 2022 postgraduate entrance examination, and do a good job in relevant information statistics.
4. Continue to implement the regular work meeting system for class teachers, focus on the exchange and discussion of key points of student work to form the ideological consensus and joint efforts.
5. Promote the construction of the student innovation and entrepreneurship sub-base.
6. Update the statistics of the accounts of suspended and resumed students, and carry out the approval work strictly in accordance with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control and mental health assessment of the University.
7. Improve the summer social practice system for college students, organically combine social practice with professional internship, fully promote university-enterprise cooperation, and enhance students' awareness and ability of internship practice.
8. Guide the league organizations to plan and carry out school-specific activities, and call on all students to participate, so as to help students release the study and life pressure and to promote the formation of good class cohesion.
9. Further promote the standardization of student party building work, focusing on analyzing and overcoming key difficulties, and continuously enhance the active role of student party members in serving the general situation of the education and management of the School.
10. Continue to improve the student work rules and regulations system to further promote the student work to be scientific and standardized.
11. All counselor teachers should continuously improve the scientific research level and ability, actively declare various scientific research projects and write academic articles to promote the professional development of their own work.
