Winter Vacation Work Arrangement Meeting of the Student Affairs Leading Group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information
At 2:30 pm on Jan.11, the 2022 winter vocation work arrangement meeting of the student affairs leading group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information was held, which was presided over by Yu Xiaozhou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and all counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.
I. Yu Xiaozhou conveyed the spirit of the regular meeting for deputy secretaries of the University and arranged the winter vacation work
1. Do a good job in reminding students of their safety during the winter vacation, guide the students to build a strong defense line of safety thoughts, and make every effort to prevent and put an end to safety accidents, so as to ensure a stable and peaceful holiday.
2. Do a good job in preventing and controlling the epidemic situation of students in winter vacation, establish a management account for the flow of students in holiday, and follow up accurately to remind students to do personal protection.
3. Do a good job in the education and management of students in school, ensure that one person has one book, guide and care in time, and accurately grasp their situation in school.
4. Pay close attention to students’ trends, keep abreast of student demands, and further open up hot information channels for students.
5. Consolidate the achievements of students' mental health education in school, use the winter vacation to strengthen communication with students, and relieve students' psychological problems in time.
II. Yu Xiaozhou raised expectations for strengthening the team building
1. We should take the initiative to think and plan the work for new semester, highlight the characteristics and highlights, and lay a good job in the active battle of the work in the new semester.
