△Class Teachers Meeting of Grade 2021
In order to further strengthen the team construction of class teachers in the School and give full play to the important role of class teachers in the study style construction and class management, the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information held a regular meeting of class teachers by grade in November 2021. The meeting was presided over by counselors of all grades and attended by all undergraduate class teachers. The meeting arranged the work of examination and discipline, mental health, epidemic prevention and control, and exchanged and discussed relevant situations.

The counselors of each grade informed the class teachers about the two incidents of examination cheating and the university's decision to deal with them, and emphasized that each class should continue to do a good job in exam discipline education, remind students to consciously abide by the relevant management regulations of the university, fully revise and take the examination in good faith. The meeting emphasized the importance of strengthening students' mental health education and provided training on how to conduct heart-to-heart talks. According to the development of the epidemic, the meeting again emphasized and arranged the requirements of regular epidemic prevention and control and safety education for students. The meeting also reported on students' absenteeism from exercises and classes, use of illegal electrical appliances and dormitory hygiene among students of all grades. The counselors said that class teachers should focus on the study and life of students with academic difficulties, economic difficulties, and conduct in-depth talks to understand the dynamics of students' thoughts and guide them to grow up healthily.
At the meeting, class teachers of each grade communicated with counselors on class-related situations and summarized the key tasks of the month.
