At 4:00 pm on Dec. 17, the first regular meeting of the student affairs leading group of the School of Mechanical Engineering and Electronic Information in December was held, which was presided over by Yu Xiaozhou, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School, and all counselors of the student affairs leading group attended the meeting.
I. Deputy Secretary Yu Xiaozhou arranged work for the near term
1. Continue to strengthen the construction of study style in each class, seriously strengthen the examination discipline, standardize the examination behavior, strengthen the sense of discipline, and guide students to take the examination in good faith.
2. Continue to do a good job in student safety reminding, fraud prevention and anti-fraud. It is necessary to strengthen the warning and reminder, and strive to improve the safety awareness of the students.
3. Remind students to take precautions against the epidemic. As the end of the school year approaches, we need to give full play to the role of the class committee and carry out effective and enriching activities to relieve students' pressure.
4. Do a good job in statistics of students leaving school in winter vacation, and do a good job in the examination and approval of students who stay in school according to the principle of "not staying in school unless necessary".
5. Continue to promote the employment of graduates. Continue to promote the employment of graduates of 2021 according to the time schedule, and do a good job in the employment guidance for graduates of 2022.
